Reservation Policy

Reservations are accepted at least 48-hours in advance and are booked on a first come, first serve basis. In order to confirm a reservation, your valid credit card information must be provided at the time of scheduling. Without complete and valid information, reservations are not able to be confirmed. Please read our cancellation policy prior to making a reservation.

There is a $50 fee for changes in bookings. This does not apply to Weather Cancellations (see Cancellation Policy below).

We accept Visa and Mastercard for reservations and payment as well as cash. There is a 7% fee for payment with credit card.

Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of our cancellation policy below:

Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Island Time Charters, LLC.

Cruise times will be adjusted or rescheduled for inclement weather.

Cancellations by the Captain due to weather prior to departure will be refunded in full — parties will be called at the phone number provided at time of reservation.

Cancellations by the Captain due to weather during cruises will be refunded for the time remaining.

Cancellations made by customers from the time of reservation up to 5 days prior to departure will be refunded 50%.

We are unable to refund cruises cancelled 5 days or less from the scheduled departure date.

Reservations must be made 48-hours in advance.
