Comfortable, breathable and loose fitting — much like something you would wear to walk on the beach. It can be cool on a boat even on a warm day, so bring outerwear for changing temperatures. A hat and sunglasses are also recommended.

Sunscreen is very important no matter what time of year. We recommend a minimum of 30 SPF and attire that protects from the sun's rays. Please no spray sunscreen — it removes the protective coating on the seats. In the mornings and evenings during spring and fall, bug spray is also helpful.
It is Island Time Charters' number one goal to provide a safe and enjoyable cruise experience. When we feel the weather is unsafe, we will not go out. If there are questionable conditions, the Captain will keep a close watch on the local radar and take every measure to adjust course or head to land.
We will adjust the schedule of your cruise due to weather if necessary. If we cancel the trip it will be at no charge to you. If the cruise ends early due to weather, you will not be charged for the time missed.
Depending on your choice of cruise, timing will be determined by the high and low tides. They change daily, and your Captain will schedule your charter accordingly.
